Independent venues

Venues listed on Tap & Toast are independent businesses or property operators. Listing on the marketplace is not a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship with Tap & Toast.

Venue responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, current listing information, photos and pricing.
• Hold any permits, licenses and insurance your premises or operations require.
• Disclose known accessibility features and limitations accurately (self-reported).
• Comply with applicable federal, state and local alcohol and safety laws.
• Set and honor your own booking, deposit and cancellation terms with customers.

Listings are self-reported

Venue details, capacity, amenities and accessibility information are self-reported by the venue operator. A listing is not an endorsement or guarantee by Tap & Toast that a venue is licensed, insured, safe or accurately described.

Removal from the marketplace

We may pause, suspend or remove a venue listing for inaccurate information, unresponsiveness, unsafe conditions, or a report we determine warrants review.

Limitation of liability and indemnification

This section is a placeholder pending review and approval by licensed U.S. counsel; it is not represented as enforceable in every jurisdiction. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not waive liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or non-waivable rights.
