We are a marketplace, not the provider
Tap & Toast operates a technology and marketplace booking platform connecting customers with third-party bartenders, mobile bar providers and venues nationwide across the United States. Except for first-party bartending service offered directly by Tap & Toast in Nashville & Middle Tennessee under its own packages, Tap & Toast does not employ, supervise or control the businesses listed on the platform.
Independent responsibility
Third-party providers and venues are responsible for their own acts, omissions, legal compliance, licensing, insurance, premises, staff, alcohol service and taxes unless a separate written Tap & Toast service contract states otherwise.
Listings are not endorsements
Listings, photos, pricing and self-reported credentials are not endorsements or guarantees by Tap & Toast. Users must independently evaluate a provider's or venue's suitability, including licensing, insurance and safety, before booking.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee availability, safety, legal compliance, revenue, event outcomes, provider performance, venue condition, or uninterrupted access to the platform.
Limitation of liability and indemnification
