Our material

The original text, graphics, layout, photography, page designs, the Tap & Toast name and logo, and the selection and arrangement of the material on this site are owned by Tap & Toast or used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws to the extent those laws apply. We do not claim any federal copyright registration or federal trademark registration on this site; rights are asserted only as they arise under applicable law.

What is not permitted

  • Copying, republishing, mirroring or redistributing site content without written permission.
  • Automated scraping, crawling for bulk extraction, or harvesting listings, contact details or directory data.
  • Commercial reuse of our text, graphics, branding or compilations.
  • Using our name, logo or materials in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or partnership that does not exist.

You may view, share links to, and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Material posted by bartenders, venues and other users

Listing text, photographs and other material submitted by independent providers and venues remain the property of whoever owns them. By submitting material, a provider or venue confirms they have the right to use it and grants Tap & Toast permission to display it on the platform. Providers and venues are responsible for the material they upload.

Third-party names and books

Product names, book titles, retailer names and logos referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. Links to outside retailers are provided for convenience; purchases made there are governed by that retailer’s own terms.

Copyright / DMCA notices

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to hello@tapandtoastusa.com with the subject line “Copyright notice”. Please include:

  • Identification of the work you say is infringed.
  • The exact page address of the material you are asking us to remove.
  • Your name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We review notices and may remove or disable access to the material while we do. If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with the equivalent information. Repeat infringers may lose access to the platform.
