Safety & Community Standards

Responsible alcohol service

• No service to guests under 21 or to anyone who appears intoxicated.
• Identification checks are expected where age is in doubt.
• Providers and venues may refuse or stop service at any time for safety reasons.

Respect and conduct

Harassment, discrimination and abusive behavior toward customers, providers, venue staff or guests are prohibited on the platform and at events booked through it.

Background checks

Tap & Toast does not perform background checks on providers or venues unless expressly stated for a specific listing. Users should independently evaluate a provider's or venue's suitability.

Incident reporting

If something goes wrong before, during or after an event, report it to hello@tapandtoastusa.com. We review reports and may suspend or remove a listing while we look into a concern.

Unsafe situations

Anyone at an event — a provider, a venue, a host or a guest — may end service or leave a situation they reasonably believe is unsafe.

Suspension and removal

We may suspend or remove a listing for violations of these standards, unsafe conduct, or a credible report warranting review.
