Your consent to transact electronically

By creating an account, submitting a request or booking, or checking a consent box on the platform, you agree to conduct business with Tap & Toast electronically and to receive the records described below in electronic form rather than on paper. You may withdraw this consent at any time as described further down this page.

What we deliver electronically

• Terms of service, provider and venue agreements, and policy updates
• Booking confirmations, quotes and change notices
• Payment receipts, invoices and refund notices
• Account, security and legal notices related to your use of the platform

Hardware and software requirements

To access and retain these records you'll need a device with a current web browser and internet access, an active email address, and the ability to save or print electronic documents (for example, as a PDF). If our requirements change in a way that creates a material risk you can no longer access these records, we'll notify you.

Requesting a paper copy

You can request a paper copy of a specific record by emailing hello@tapandtoastusa.com. We may charge a reasonable fee to cover reproduction and postage, which we'll disclose before fulfilling the request.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your consent to electronic delivery at any time by emailing hello@tapandtoastusa.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the validity of records already delivered electronically. Depending on how you use the platform, withdrawal may limit or end your ability to book, list, or otherwise transact through Tap & Toast, since certain records can only practically be delivered electronically.

Keeping your contact details current

You're responsible for keeping the email address and other contact details on your account current so that electronic records reach you. Update your account or contact hello@tapandtoastusa.com if your information changes.

How consent is recorded

When you check a consent box, we record the version of this consent and the date and time you accepted it against the specific request or agreement you submitted.
