• I am applying as an independent provider operating my own business, unless a separate written employment agreement with Tap & Toast applies. I understand worker classification is governed by applicable law and is determined by the facts and the law, not by this form alone.
• I am responsible for my own taxes, business registrations, permits and certifications required for the work I accept.
• I am responsible for carrying any insurance required by law, by a venue, or by a client for the work I accept.
• I will practise responsible alcohol service: checking identification, refusing service where required by applicable law, and never serving minors or visibly intoxicated persons.
• I will comply with state and local alcohol rules and with each venue's policies.
• The information in my profile and listing is accurate, and I will update it promptly — including when a licence, permit, certification or insurance policy changes or expires.
• I will report injuries, service refusals, property damage, complaints and other safety incidents to Tap & Toast promptly.
• I have read the Bartender Provider Agreement, including its indemnity and limitation-of-liability sections, which are marked as requiring review by licensed counsel.
• I consent to receiving platform communications by email about leads, my account and my listing.
• I agree to do business electronically and to receive agreements, notices and records by email or through this site. I can request a paper copy or withdraw consent by contacting Tap & Toast.
